egg33 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms, the following words and phrases carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "egg33" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" refers to the egg33 online gaming platform operated at egg33.io and all associated services, applications , and features made available thereunder.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the egg33 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created by an individual on the egg33 Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held in a Player's Account, comprising deposited funds and any credited bonus amounts separately designated as such.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bet awards, cashback amounts, or other incentive credits applied to an Account by egg33.
• "Real Money Funds" refers to funds deposited by the Player via an approved payment method, excluding any Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process egg33 applies to player accounts.
• "BDT" / "৳" refers to Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency in which the Platform operates for Bangladesh-based players.

Access to and use of the egg33 Platform is strictly conditional upon the Player satisfying all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Use of the Platform by persons under 21 is strictly prohibited. egg33 takes underage gambling extremely seriously and will immediately close any account found to belong to a person under the minimum age, forfeiting all funds pending investigation.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited to you personally under applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine your legal status.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, consultant, director, officer, or immediate family member of any such person associated with egg33 or any of its technology, payment, or content providers.
• You must register with accurate, current, and complete personal information. Providing false information at registration constitutes an immediate breach of these Terms.
• You must not be a self-excluded player on the egg33 Platform or be subject to any account restriction imposed by egg33 at the time of attempted access.

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered Account on the egg33 Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. egg33 employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, egg33 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold all balances pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. egg33 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (OTP) on your Account. Any activity conducted through your Account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified egg33 of a security breach at [email protected].

You must promptly notify egg33 of any change to the personal information associated with your Account, including changes to your email address, telephone number, or residential address. egg33 may require documentary evidence of any such changes. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in Account suspension pending verification.

egg33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of the transaction. Currently approved methods for Bangladesh players include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. egg33 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its discretion and will notify Players of any material changes via the Platform.

• Minimum Deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Maximum Withdrawal: Subject to the limits published on the payments page of the Platform, which may vary by payment method and account verification tier.
• Maximum Daily Deposit: Subject to applicable responsible gaming limits set by the Player or applied by egg33.

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the Player's Account balance in real time or within minutes of confirmed payment gateway receipt. Withdrawal processing times are typically within 24 hours of the withdrawal request being submitted, subject to KYC clearance. egg33 accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors, telecommunications infrastructure, or banking institutions.

Players may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in their own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Deposits made for any purpose other than genuine gaming activity — including for the purpose of exploiting currency conversion, bonus abuse, or money-transfer facilitation — are prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.

egg33 offers a variety of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions targeted at the Bangladesh market. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published with the individual offer:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible Players only. egg33 reserves the right to exclude any Player from any promotion at its absolute discretion.
• Unless otherwise specified, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum of 20 times before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Specific promotions may carry different wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated in the offer terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified in the offer terms. Bonus Funds and associated winnings that remain subject to an unmet wagering requirement at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically, slot games contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%, and certain game types may contribute 0%. The contribution rates applicable to each promotion will be stated in the offer terms.
• Only one bonus may be active in a Player's Account at any time unless egg33 explicitly states otherwise in writing.
• egg33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any such changes do not affect Players who have already opted in and commenced wagering under the original terms.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including through the creation of multiple accounts or collusion with other Players, will be voided and any associated winnings forfeited.

All sports betting and casino gaming activity on the egg33 Platform is subject to the game-specific rules available within each game or betting market. The following general rules apply across all gaming activities:

• egg33 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event affected by manifest error, technical failure, or where the published odds were clearly incorrect at the time of placement.
• In-play bets accepted after the conclusion of the relevant event or market will be voided. Determination of acceptance timing is based on egg33's server records, which are conclusive.
• Winnings from void bets are returned to the Player's balance as Real Money Funds equal to the original stake.
• egg33 applies a maximum payout per event per Player. Bets in excess of this limit may be partially accepted at egg33's discretion, with the excess stake returned.
• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or by live dealer processes governed by the applicable game provider's rules. egg33 does not control or influence individual game outcomes.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they understand the rules of each game before placing a wager. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot games are available within the respective game information panels.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the egg33 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, forfeiture of applicable balances, and may be referred to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at registration or during KYC.
• Registering or operating more than one Account simultaneously or sequentially without prior written authorisation from egg33.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to place bets, access games, or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, display errors, pricing errors, or any technical vulnerability to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, result manipulation, or any form of corrupt activity in connection with any event offered for betting on the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, casino table games, or any other multiplayer format.
• Using the Platform in connection with any money-laundering activity or for any purpose that violates applicable Bangladeshi or international law.
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversals of legitimate deposits without prior agreement with egg33 support.

egg33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. As a condition of use, Players acknowledge the following:

• Gambling is a form of entertainment and should not be treated as a source of income or a method of recovering financial losses.
• Players accept full personal responsibility for the amounts they choose to deposit and wager on the Platform.
• egg33 provides tools including deposit limits, session time-outs, self-exclusion options, and reality-check notifications. Players are encouraged to use these tools to manage their gaming activity proactively.
• Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours of receipt. During a self-exclusion period, the Player may not access their Account and egg33 will suppress all marketing communications to that Player.
• Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are urged to seek assistance and to contact egg33 support at [email protected] to activate a self-exclusion or cooling-off period.

All content on the egg33 Platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, data compilations, and the selection and arrangement of content — is the property of egg33 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of Platform content without express written permission is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, egg33 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Losses arising from telecommunications failures, internet outages, or third-party payment processor errors beyond egg33's direct control.
• Losses arising from any unauthorised access to a Player's Account where egg33 has not been negligent in the maintenance of its security infrastructure.
• The content, accuracy, or availability of third-party game software provided by certified game studios operating independently of egg33.

Nothing in these Terms limits egg33's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

egg33's collection, use, storage, and sharing of personal data is governed by the egg33 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in that policy. A copy of the Privacy Policy is available at egg33.io/privacy-policy.

egg33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, egg33 will provide reasonable advance notice via the Platform or by email to the registered address on each affected Account. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not accept an amendment must discontinue use and may request Account closure by contacting [email protected].

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between a Player and egg33, the following process applies:

• Step 1 — Informal Resolution: The Player should contact egg33 support at [email protected] with a written description of the dispute. egg33 will use reasonable endeavours to resolve the matter within 14 business days.
• Step 2 — Escalation: If the dispute is not resolved informally within 14 business days, either party may escalate the matter by providing written notice to the other party.
• Step 3 — Final Decision: egg33's decision on any dispute regarding the interpretation or application of these Terms shall, subject to any applicable legal rights, be final and binding on the Player.

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between egg33 and the Player with respect to use of the Platform.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
• Waiver: Failure by egg33 to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision on any future occasion.
• Language: These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
